E-mails

Each person sets their own e-mails after signing in with their e-mail link.

The mailbox your team sends from

No mailbox is connected, so the platform only sends its own notifications. Connect your company mailbox under Connected tools to send newsletters.

Ask your team

Write like you would to a person. You do not need to pick anyone: a question about a channel goes to the specialist who runs it, everything else to your marketing director. The answer shows who wrote it, and you also get it by e-mail. To ask one person, type @ and pick a name.

How to choose who answers

Type @ in the box below and pick a name. Keep typing to narrow the list, for example @director, @seo, @maps. Arrow keys and Enter work too.
A “To …” label above the box shows who gets the question. Remove it with × to ask the whole team again.
The specialist answers with their next run, usually by the next morning.
Without @, your marketing director reads every question and passes a channel question to the specialist who runs it.
