Ask first means everything waits for you. Money only means only money, prices and plan changes wait; posts and page edits go live 24 hours after they appear unless you stop them. Autopilot means the team acts inside your limits.

They sign in with a link we e-mail them; nobody needs a password. Approvals and answers show who gave them. Money and plan changes go to owners only.
Dashboard password
Anyone with this password can look at your dashboard, but cannot decide or change anything. The people above sign in with their e-mail link and do not need it. A new password works at once: whoever opened the dashboard with the old one has to enter the new one.
