How to start an AI marketing team for your business
An AI marketing team helps you turn account data into a plan, prepare content and carry out supported changes. You still choose the goal and control the decisions. Start with a narrow task you can measure before expanding the work.
Choose a business outcome
“More traffic” is a diagnostic goal. A useful business goal describes an outcome: new paying customers, qualified inquiries or completed orders. Agree on the definition and time window so the dashboard does not confuse a free registration with a sale.
For example, a goal of five new paying businesses needs a way to measure the first payment. Search clicks alone cannot prove that goal was reached.
Connect the accounts you already use
Start with Google Analytics and Search Console if they are available. Analytics describes measured website activity; Search Console shows visibility and clicks from Google Search. The numbers describe different parts of the journey and will not match exactly.
Authorize the connections yourself and select the correct property. Add other accounts when the plan needs them. Website changes require supported editing access as well as a working data connection.
Review the first audit
A useful audit separates evidence from suggestions. It should tell you which period was measured, what tracking is missing, which pages need attention and what the team proposes to do next. It should also say when there is too little data to draw a strong conclusion.
Ask what each proposed action changes, why it matters and how its result will be checked. Approve the plan before implementation starts.
Decide what may happen automatically
SharksAPI lets you set how much the team can do on each channel and applies approval controls to tool calls. Check the actual settings rather than assuming everything runs on its own. Your AI assistant does the analysis and writing; ongoing agent work needs its own schedule and available runtime.
Start with one task
Try a measurement check, a technical audit or a content draft first. Expand after you can see what was done and how it supports the business goal.
See the live dashboard example or open the setup prompt. Read how pricing works before choosing paid work.
